Hi Folks,

We thank you in advance for considering us as your provider to help do justice to the beauty of your little one.

We are a small startup, and are therefore not in a position to accept large losses. Our markup is quite small, and just barely covers the cost of the investment. We started this with the idea of sharing the joy we get in seeing our little baby looking like a princess.

As stated elsewhere, this venture was established to offer other parents in South Africa the opportunity to dress up their little baby girls, allowing them to look like a princess as well as feel like one.

We started this service, after we realised that South Africa did not offer any good options for baby girl clothing for our own little girl.
We therefore request that you as the buyer consider your purchase carefully, prior to finalization, as we cannot financially afford the costs involved in returns, and incorrect orders.

1. Payment

1.1. EFT (No additional fee)

1.2. Online Payment Gateway (Additional fee of R10, if total purchase value less than R675.00)

2. Pricing

2.1. Prices are as advertised, and is subject to availability of stock. This will be confirmed with you by email.

2.2. We reserve the right to refund money received, should we not be able to fulfill the order. In such cases, we will contact you, the buyer, via the email provided. For this reason, please make sure that you provide the correct E-mail address.

3. Delivery

3.1. Unless we say otherwise, this is a chargeable service with variable costs (depending on chosen mode of delivery). We will dispatch your order within 48 hours after funds reflect in our account. Confirmation of dispatch will be communicated to you, the buyer via the provided e-mail address.

3.2. Free Delivery (Basic) will be offered on orders over the value of R350.00

3.3. We will do our best to ensure delivery to you at the provided address. We do, however, use third parties for delivery, and kindly request that you contact the delivery company to make alternative arrangements, in case of need. Contact details will be made available in the email we will send to confirm dispatch of your order.

3.3.1. Should the delivery fail, due to buyer not being available or unreachable, we can sadly not accept responsibility for rescheduling of deliveries.

3.3.2. Should the delivery company apply any surcharge for a repeat delivery, this fee will be for the account of the buyer. We will try our best to negotiate a reduced fee on your behalf.

4. Returns

4.1. We cannot accept returns on promotional items under any circumstances.

4.2. Intention to return any product needs to be communicated to us within 2 days of the buyer receiving the order. This needs to be done electronically, by e-mail.

4.3. The return must be posted within 5 calendar days of the item being received by the buyer. A Proof of dispatch to our (Zeebabee’s) registered address must be sent to us immediately.

4.4. We cannot subsidise the cost of returning your order.

4.5. Upon receipt of the return, we need 2 days to inspect the item, following which the credit will be passed to your account, unless the terms of the return policy have been violated. We will video record all the returns, starting from the point at which we open the return packaging. Such recordings can be made available to the buyer, in case of any disputes.

5. Guarantee

Since these are all ‘wear and tear’ items, we offer no guarantee on the items. The only exception is if there was a fault upon delivery, which was communicated to us immediately, and prior to being worn.

6. Returns Fees

6.1. All returns will be accepted under the following conditions:

6.1.1. Returns are not used

6.1.2. Original tags are still attached

6.1.3. Returned in its original packaging

6.1.4. If free delivery was selected as the delivery option to the buyer, an amount of R125 will be deducted from the amount credited to the buyer’s account.

6.2. We do not allow retuns for refunds. However, we are happy to allow 1 free exchange of the ordered item.

6.3. This free exchange is only offered on the basis of wrong size (unless we do not have the correct size in stock, in which case, buyer can use the credit for other items in our store). The shipping rules of the original order will apply to the new order, and the cost of the return needs to be covered by the buyer.

6.4. Should the buyer wish to exchange for a different design or colour of clothing, we will deduct an amount of 15{c4b327afcdfe1f9ff13c2ec9e2c353d403ababd95254b081ea19dafa7f77ecbf} from the value of the item returned, and the difference will be credited to the account of the buyer. This credit can then be used for further purchases.

6.5. All credits will only apply to the value of the item purchased, and not to the cost of shipping. i.e Delivery fees, if it was charged, will not be refunded.

6.6 Props used in photographs are not included in the sale
